Results - Sunderland make it 6 in a row...
Thursday 5th March 2015
In your Prem10 – Results email today:
- Midweek results...
- Sunderland make it 6 in a row...
- FA Cup this weekend...
We got on the right side of two winning trends this week, and both teams in question are worth keeping in the notebook...
Sunderland received 6 Yellow Cards (to 2) in their 1-1 draw at Hull on Tuesday night – landing Most Booking Points bets for the 6th Away game in a row. For the season overall, Sunderland have now received the Most Bookings in 11 of 14 Away games (79%).
Everton are having a poor season and their Away form is particularly bad. Awful in fact. Everton went down 2-0 at Stoke last night and have now lost 8 of their last 9 Away games.
Those two bets were our only winners from our five midweek Picks. Resulting in a small loss overall. We could argue that there should have been 2 Red Cards in the Newcastle v Man Utd game (for our Over 4.5 Cards pick) – but to be fair it took me two views of the video replay to notice the ‘spitting incident.’
Midweek results:
- Hull v Sunderland – Booking Points Match Bet – Sunderland @ 4/5 – WON (Cards = 2-6)
- Southampton v Crystal Palace – Crystal Palace – Draw No Bet @ 7/2 – LOST (1-0)
- Man City v Leicester – Both Teams to Score @ Evens – LOST (2-0)
- Newcastle v Man Utd – Over 4.5 Cards @ 11/10 – LOST (3 Cards)
- Stoke v Everton – Stoke to win @ 6/4 – WON (2-0)
FA Cup this weekend...
There’s just one Premier League game this weekend with QPR and Tottenham catching up on a game in hand on Saturday.
It’s Quarter Final weekend in the FA Cup with two all-Premier League ties – Aston Villa v West Brom and Man Utd v Arsenal. If you’re looking for a stats guide to those fixtures remember you can use the Head-2-Head stats on our site to match-up any two teams.
I’ll be back with your next stats you need to know and our Premier League Picks ready for when the league action returns next weekend, with your Prem10 email and advice on Friday 13th March.
And before then...
P.S
Look out for an email from me this weekend with your chance to cash-in on next week’s Cheltenham Festival. The Festival is the biggest four days on the racing calendar and our resident racing expert has a fantastic daily service lined up...
Last year members helped themselves to 6 winners from 12 races and some huge payouts at 9/1, 10/1 and 16/1.
All the details of the 2015 Cheltenham service – and how YOU can get onboard – will be released this weekend.
Keep a close eye on your emails...
Best wishes,
