- Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has never lost against an Arsene Wenger team
- Under 2.5 Goals bets have paid out in 4 of the last 5 meetings between Chelsea and Arsenal over the last two seasons
Verdict:
This looks one to watch and enjoy rather than have any serious bets on – remember, it’s little more than a glorified Friendly. Having said that we can expect both teams to treat the game with respect and a competitive match should be in store. It’s hard to look beyond Chelsea in the Match Result markets – they don’t have the best of records in the Shield but that’s countered by a superb unbeaten run v Arsenal....
