What the stats say after Week 20...
If you followed our Picksover the three rounds of games over the Christmas holidays you’ll have ended up just above break even.
The most recent fixtures on 2nd January gave us no joy with Crystal Palace going in a goal down at Home at Half Time for the first time all season (whereas the Half Time Draw had paid out in 80% of games until the visit of Chelsea).
And while we landed 4 out of 5 Anytime Scorer picks in December at odds of 2/1 (3.00), 6/4 (2.50), 13/5 (3.60) and 3/1 (4.00), we didn’t land the spoils last weekend with 3/1 shot Marko Arnautovic failing to find the net in Stoke’s 2-1 defeat at West Brom.
Here are some of the standout stats on our radar right now:
- Both Teams to Score bets have paid out in 8 of Everton’s last 10 games
- ‘Win & Both Teams to Score’ bets have paid out in Man City’s last 14 wins in all competitions
- Man City have kept just 1 Clean Sheet in their last 11 games without Vincent Kompany
- Arsenal have won 5 of their last 6 games
- ‘Time of First Goal – 27th Minute or Before’ bets have paid out in 8 out of 10 West Ham Home games (80%)
- Tottenham have won the Most Corners in 8 out of 10 Home games (80%)
