Standout stats for England v Germany tonight...

Friday 10th November 2017

In your Across the Leagues – EXTRA email today:

  • Standout stats for tonight...
  • England v Germany...
  • 33/1 for a goal to be scored...

Our Standout Stats feature is proving successful this season. All three stats mentioned in last Friday’s came good in their respective betting markets...

  • Stoke and Leicester remain top-ranked in the Premier League for Over 10.5 Corners – there were 14 corners in their 2-2 draw last weekend
  • Burnley won 1-0 at Southampton for their 9th Under 2.5 Goals payout from their last 10 Premier League games
  • And in the Scottish Premiership, Hamilton’s 2-2 draw v Aberdeen was their 11th Over 2.5 Goals result from their last 12 games

Standout stats for tonight – England v Germany...

There are no Premier League games this weekend, due to the International break. That means no Predictor game this week – but the fun will continue next weekend.

I talked about Newcastle’s ‘1-0’ trend last week... they had another 1-0 result last Saturday – but it was a 1-0 Home defeat against Brighton, rather than for the Newcastle Correct Score that we highlighted at 13/2.

Today we’re doing something a bit different and looking away from the domestic leagues – and to some International stats instead...

England v Germany (tonight 8pm, ITV) is only a Friendly but it’s still getting a lot of attention.

The Germans are on their best winning streak since 1995 (7 wins in a row), so it’s not surprising that they’re the Even Money (2.00) favourites to beat Gareth Southgate’s side this evening.

Germany are also the favourites for the Most Corners, but England have a great record in that area:

  • England have won the Most Corners in their last 4 Internationals with Germany, including a 7-4 corners win in a 1-0 defeat to the Germans in March of this year
  • England have won the Most Corners in their last 17 games – with opponents including France, Spain and Germany
  • Germany have only won the Most Corners in 3 of their last 8 games
  • It’s 10 games and over two years since an Away team won the Most Corners at Wembley

England are without several players who would expect to be on the plane to Russia next year, but Germany won’t be fielding a full-strength side tonight either.

The stats point to England and considering the numbers behind this trend, the Three Lions could prove value at a best price 6/4 (2.50) with Bet365 for the Corners Match Bet.

33/1 for a goal to be scored...

Germany have scored in 13 of their last 14 meetings with England, and haven’t failed to score against the Three Lions since Euro 2000.

England have scored in their last 18 ‘Home’ games, going back to June 2014.

It’s 1/20 (1.05) for a goal to be scored tonight, but SunBets are offering an Enhanced Odds special for new customers...

You can get £1 on A Goal To Be Scored at odds of 33/1 (34.00) with SunBets.
