The International break is over and we head into the Easter Bank Holiday weekend with loads of football to look forward to…

Cardiff are the form team in the land right now with 7 wins in a row. They haven’t played for over two weeks but a Home game v struggling Burton looks a good opportunity for them to keep the run going…

Cardiff are 2nd in the Championship and won 3-1 at 11th place Brentford last time out. At Home, they’ve won 6 out of 6 leagues games this calendar year, keeping 4 Clean Sheets.

Burton Albion – in stark contrast – are second-bottom of the Championship and have lost 4 of their last 5. Albion have won just won of their last 12, lost 4 of their last 6 Away – and failed to score in 6 of their last 8 games.

In their 2 most recent games Burton lost 3-1 at leaders Wolves and 2-0 at 9th place Sheffield United…

Bets on opponents with a -1 Match Handicap (to win by more than one goal) paid out in both those games, and for the season overall that bet has paid out in 7 of Burton’s 9 Away defeats.

Leicester are the top team in the Premier League for Both Teams to Score bets, including an 80% Away record with 12 payouts from 15 games.

That includes 10 of their last 11 on the road, with the only exception a 0-0 draw at Chelsea in January.

Both Teams to Score has paid out in each of the Foxes’ last 6 league games, most recently a 4-1 win at West Brom.

The bookies make that bet 50-50 for this game, but Brighton also have strong recent form with goals at both ends in 5 of their last 6 league games – and in 4 of their last 5 at the AmEx stadium.

This looks a good match-up at a decent price.
