Getting ready for action – in Leagues One & Two…
The Football League season kicks off this weekend, and we’re continuing our countdown to kick off today with a look at some standout stats from League One and League Two.
- As with all the divisions that we cover, our website is loaded up with the full & final League One and League Two stats across all our bet categories for both the 2017/18 and 2016/17 seasons
- And once the first form starts going in the book for the new 2018/19 season, all the new figures will be automatically updated on our site, too
While all the news stories seem to focus on Joey Barton taking charge of Fleetwood Town, here at Across the Leagues we will be putting our focus on the less-talked-about match stats – be it Goals, Corners, Scorers, Cards & Bookings or Half Time totals.
As a reminder of how reliable these stats can be, here are three profitable trends from last season’s League One numbers:
- Bristol Rovers – Home: ‘Both Teams to Score’ – 83% (19 out of 23 games)
- Walsall – Away: ‘Under 3.5 Cards’ – 83% (19 out of 23)
- Fleetwood – Away: ‘Under 10.5 Corners’ – 70% (16 out of 23)
And in League Two:
- Morecambe – Away: ‘Under 3.5 Cards – 83% (19 out of 23 games)
- Stevenage – Away: ‘Under 10.5 Corners’ – 78% (18 out of 23)
- Mansfield – Home: ‘Both Teams to Score’ – 74% (17 out of 23)
