Premier League Predictions - including Arsenal v Man Utd...
Friday 8th March 2019
In your Across the Leagues EXTRA email today:
- Stats for the Weekend…
- Arsenal v Man Utd…
- Premier League Predictions…
This is shaping up to be a significant week of the season. We’ve already had drama in the Champions League, with holders Real Madrid knockout out. And Man Utd became the first team to overturn a 0-2 1st Leg deficit, winning 3-1 at PSG.
This weekend there are important games to come in the title race & relegation battles…
Stat for the Weekend…
The big match in the Sky Sports Super Sunday 4.30pm slot is Arsenal v Man Utd.
The stats highlight a clear goals-at-both-ends opportunity here:
- Arsenal and Man Utd are 1st & 2nd respectively on the Premier League chart for Both Teams to Score. Paying out in 76% of Arsenal games and 72% of Man Utd games. Including 5 of the Gunners’ last 6 games, and each of the last 4 meetings between these clubs
Aside from the domestic form, Arsenal lost 3-1 at Rennes in the Europa League on Thursday night. And Man Utd had that 3-1 win in Paris.
The last two encounters between these clubs at the Emirates have seen Man Utd walk away with 3-1 victories – once in the Premier League and once in the FA Cup. The last two in Manchester ended 2-2 and 2-1. I’ve gone for the high-scoring draw in our Predictor game – see below.
Both Teams to Score – Yes is a best price 4/7 (1.57) with Bet365.
