Stats Update…

It was a good weekend on the stats. Two of the three selections from our Stats Picks email won, including the Goals Treble at 4/1.

  • Form Team pick Leicester City made it 4 wins in a row in the Premier League, beating relegated Huddersfield, 4-1
  • Winning Streak selection Liverpool won 3-1 at Southampton, but failed to win the Most Corners (7-5). That result brings Liverpool’s 11-game Premier League run for -2 Corner Handicap payouts to an end
  • The three games in our Goals Match-Ups all went to form, landing the 4/1 Treble. Norwich beat QPR 4-0 (Over 2.5 Goals), Rangers won 3-0 at Motherwell (Over 2.5 Goals) and Newport County & Tranmere drew 0-0 (Under 2.5 Goals)

Norwich are on course for promotion from the Championship, and they’re doing it in style. Eleven of the Canaries’ last 13 games have now gone Over 2.5 Goals.

Results summaries for all the categories in our weekly Stats Picks emails are now available on the new Results page on the website. I’ll be updating this weekly with the latest results.

And remember, the weekly picks are just one part of your Across the Leagues service. The website is packed with stats for every team in the Premier League, English Football League and the Scottish Premiership.

We’ll be using the stats again tomorrow. It’s the start of the Champions League Quarter Finals, with all four 1st Leg ties taking place across Tuesday & Wednesday…

There’s also a midweek programme in the Football League, with a full set of Championship fixtures along with a handful of games in Leagues One & Two.

I’ll be back tomorrow with your Midweek Stats Picks email…

Best wishes,

Shaun Humphris
