Need-to-know info for Sky Sports & BT Sport...

While we play the waiting game and hope for some news regarding the return of top-flight football, here’s some simple, useful information for you to act on today...

Don’t get charged...

Never mind betting blind on the obscure leagues in Belarus and Nicaragua. The best football ‘tip’ you could follow right now is to make sure you take advantage of the options available to you with Sky Sports and BT Sport

BT were initially slow to get onboard with this. But as it now stands, both Sky & BT will let you ‘pause’ your monthly subscriptions for their sports packages. With normal billing resuming when the top-level football comes back.

Useful links for you...

Sky Sports and BT Sport make you go to them in order to pause your payments. They don’t do it for you. I’ve included a few useful links for doing this below.

Whoever your provider is, their website should have a coronavirus COVID-19 information page with all the details and instructions you need.

If you’re with Sky >>

If your package is through BT >>

Or if you get your sports through Virgin Media >>

Hopefully that’ll come in useful to you.

P.S

A + B = D...

I’ll leave you with a simple equation today. Everyone’s on lockdown. We can’t go out as much as we’d like…

Not going out = less time in sunlight.

Less sunlight = less Vitamin D.

I know a health writer called Ray Collins, and he’s got lots of interesting points on the subject. Now more than ever, we all need to make sure we’re getting a healthy amount of Vitamin D. Ray shines more light on the matter here.

Best wishes,

Shaun Humphris
