Premier League Predictions…

Here are our predictions for this week, along with Chris Sutton at the BBC:

Premier League Predictions

STAT ATTACK: Man City v Arsenal…

Sunday 4.30pm - Sky Sports

There are several big live TV games in the Premier League this weekend. Including the Merseyside derby between Everton and Liverpool, and Chelsea v Man Utd… but none bigger than this colossal title-race clash at the Etihad…

The stats & formbook plus the added tension of the occasion is a recipe for a low corner count here…

Key stats:

  • Under 10.5 Corners bets have paid out in 7 of the last 10 meetings between Man City and Arsenal in all competitions - including 3 of the last 4 played at City
  • Man City are ranked joint-2nd in the Premier League for Under 10.5 Corners payouts this season
  • Under 10.5 Corners bets have come good in each of City’s last 5 home league games and in 4 of Arsenal’s last 5 away

In Bet365’s ‘Alternative Corners’ list for Sunday’s match, Under 11 Corners is 4/6 (1.67). Under 10.5 Corners (the same bet with a different name) is 8/13 (1.62) at Skybet.

Man City v Arsenal - Corners Head-2-Head
