Sometimes you have to go against a trend. Even if it’s one as strong as this:

England have won the Most Corners in 16 home matches in a row. Paying out on the Corners Match Bet in 16 consecutive home games since beating Malta at Wembley on 17th November 2023.

But with all due respect to the likes of Malta, Latvia, and Finland – in most of those encounters, the Three Lions weren’t taking on a possession-heavy, ball-playing side of the calibre of Spain…

More recently, Spain have won the Most Corners in 15 out of 16 games in all competitions, home and away. That includes seven out of eight Corners Match Bet payouts at the World Cup, with only France able to stop the streak.

With the likes of Lamine Yamal full of tricks and quick feet out wide for the Spanish, backing the FIFA world no.1 ranked nation to get the Most Corners here makes plenty of sense at around Even Money (2.0).
